There are various methods when it comes to team building events and a whole range of techniques and programmes are available designed to improve co-ordination and team interaction within a group.
However, our own approach does not include any bells or whistles and is based around our mountain challenge events which provide an ideal environment and stimulus for group interaction, decision-making and the development of leadership skills.
At Mountain Adventures we prefer to keep it simple - providing a platform in a real environment with full professional support which facilitates group participation and bonding as a team.
The physical and mental challenge of a mountain challenge event often combined with adverse weather conditions is an endurance test both for the individual and group relationships. |

We can also organize familiarization activities for senior managers, partners and directors setting up a new management team or introducing key employees into an existing team.
These programmes can be customized to individual requirements and run weekdays or over a long weekend.
